Eric Behlke

Dr. Eric Behlke was raised on a family farm and ranch near Benkelman, Nebraska. He completed B.S., M.S., Ph.D., and D.V.M. degrees prior to moving to the Okotoks, Alberta, Canada area, where he is a Professional Services Veterinarian and Production Consultant at Feedlot Health Management Services by Telus Agriculture, and travels across the globe (most recent endeavor is in Kazakhstan) providing consultation services to beef feedlots and calf grower operations. Dr. Behlke has remained active in organized veterinary medicine by representing District 13 on the American Association of Bovine Practitioners Board of Directors and is also a past president of the Western Canadian Association of Bovine Practitioners. Lastly, Dr. Behlke remains engaged in production agriculture as an owner, manager, and seasonal operator of a grain farm and cattle backgrounding operation in western Nebraska.
